Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy * A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. * Your date is not reserved until the signed agreement and retainer are received. Final Payment * The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. * Events booked within 7 days require payment in full at booking. Guest Count * The final guest count is due 7 days before the event. * Increases may be accommodated based on availability. Decreases cannot be made after the final count is submitted.
